Livewire 4.x: Synth orchestration extracted into a dedicated `HandleSynths` mechanism
Livewire 4.x extracts the synth serialisation pipeline out of HandleComponents into a new dedicated HandleSynths mechanism. Public APIs like Livewire::propertySynthesizer() and Livewire::findSynth() are unchanged; only code touching HandleComponents internals needs to migrate.
